1. How do I order a personal drawing?

2. Is my reference photo of good enough quality?
The starting point for the drawing is definitely best with clear and distinct reference photos. Photos taken with your mobile phone work just fine. If you are in doubt whether your reference photo is good enough, send it to me and I will take a look.

 

3. I don't have a photo of everyone together, can you put together a drawing from several photos?
Yes, I can. Send me the reference photos you have and I will make suggestions on how it can best be drawn and assembled.

 

4. How long do we have to calculate the delivery time?
I recommend ordering well in advance. Delivery times vary and depend on demand and season. If you are in a hurry, it is a good idea to send me a request. I recommend ordering early if it is important that you have it ready by a given date.

 

5. Can I see the drawing before it is printed?
Yes, you always get a print screen and approve it before I prepare it for printing. Here you also have the opportunity to make small adjustments if desired.

 

6. How is payment made?
I will send an invoice when I start the drawing. This has a 14-day payment deadline.
