Frequently Asked Questions – Wedding stationery

1. What kind of stationery do you offer?
I offer invitations, save the date cards, menus, programs, place cards, thank you cards and welcome signs, among other things. Got something else in mind? Let’s talk!

 

2. Can the design be adapted to our theme or color scheme?
Yes! All printed materials can be customized to your wedding – colors, fonts, sizes or motifs etc. I also offer personal illustrations, or you can choose from my illustration catalog.

 

3. How do we order?
Fill out the inquiry form on the website, or send me an email (hello@lisenven.com). I will contact you very soon with a price quote.

 

4. How long a delivery time on stationery?
I recommend ordering well in advance. Delivery times vary and depend on demand and season. If you are in a hurry, it is a good idea to send me a request.

 

5. Can we see drafts before printing?
Yes, you always receive a digital draft for approval before printing.

 

6. How many stationery items should we order?
It is a good idea to order a few more than the number of guests, in case some get damaged, or you need extra. Remember that the number of invitations is calculated based on the household and not per guest.

 

7. Can we get the printed materials as digital files instead?
Details can be arranged depending on the specific project. If you would like your personal drawing as a digital file, these can be purchased with rights and license for private use.

 

8. What does it cost?
Prices vary depending on the type of stationery, quantity and how much customization you want. Remember that the price for personal drawings and illustrations is additional. Fill out the inquiry form and you will receive a non-binding offer.

 

9. What kind of paper do you use?
I use 245 gsm high quality matte art paper – acid-free and suitable for illustrations and prints. I do not offer other types of paper as I focus on the drawings and illustrations. The envelopes use a special paper which is 160 gsm with a light texture. The color is off-white.

 

10. Can we make changes after we have approved the draft?
Small adjustments may be possible, but larger changes after approval may result in an additional price, depending on how far I have progressed in the process.

11. How is payment made?

I will send an invoice when I start your order. It has a 14-day payment period. For very large orders, I take a 50% deposit. The rest is paid when the printed materials are finished and ready to be posted. The deposit is not refundable after I have started your order. According to Norwegian law, there is also no right of withdrawal on products that are personalized. However, if you cancel your order, I will still invoice you 50% if the design process has begun.

For international orders I always take payment in advance. Im using PayPal.
